Processing times vary by country. UK and Australian visas typically take 3–8 weeks, while US and Canadian visas can take 2–4 months. We advise you to start at least 6 months before your intended start date.
Absolutely. We research and advise on scholarship opportunities at each institution, government-funded grants, and student loans. Many of our partner universities offer specific scholarships for Kenyan and African students.
Our support doesn't end at the airport. We offer onshore services including course change assistance, visa extensions, accommodation support, overseas health cover, and regular check-ins to make sure you settle in well.
No — we work with students from all across Kenya. Our office is in Eldoret but we conduct consultations via phone, WhatsApp, and video call for students who cannot visit us in person.
Typically you will need your academic certificates and transcripts, a copy of your passport, proof of English proficiency (IELTS etc.), a personal statement, and proof of funds. We will guide you on the exact requirements for your chosen country.
Our initial consultation is completely free. Service fees vary depending on the level of support you need and the destination country. We will provide a clear breakdown of all fees before you commit to anything.
